In Search Console's Performance report, turn on Average position, sort pages by position and look for ones sitting around 8 to 20 with plenty of impressions. Those are the cheapest wins: update and expand them before writing anything new.

Before drafting, open the post analytics for your last few beehiiv issues and note which links got clicked and which subjects got opened. Write the next issue toward what readers actually clicked, not what you guessed.
Export your post performance as a CSV from any platform that offers one, upload it to ChatGPT, and ask it to sort, chart and compare posts by topic, length or day. Check the numbers it reports against the file before acting on them.
